NY Fashion Week Day 3 Recap: Alexander Wang, Altuzarra and More!

Day 3 off New York Fashion week did not disappoint yet again with presentations from Herve Leger and Lacoste to name a few. Let’s highlight some our favorites..

Starting off with Alexander Wang’s presentation that included to attendance of Kylie Jenner and Taraji P.Henson to name a few. Wang’s presentation showed off his signature street style and grunge themes that have graced the runway before. With brightly colored textural designs, Wang’s RTW 2016 was a nod to 90’s grunge and hip hop.

Next Concept Korea, whose structurally sound collection made my heart swoon. All black, leather, with light touches of embellishment embodied a cool sex appeal. Concept Korea is known for choosing new designers to create their collection each season, for Fall/Winter 2016 Tae-keun Kim and Ji-yeon Lee brought sex and edge.

Lastly Altuzarra’s presentation was a mixture of graphic lines, fringe and textile, and shine. High neck lines paired with leather, fur, mixed patterns and structure provided for looks that could be literally taken off the runaway and put on the everyday woman.
